Terms of sale.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock availability at the time an order is confirmed. Prices are quoted EXW, FOB or CIF as stated on the quotation, and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges at destination.

Orders

An order is accepted when we issue a written order confirmation. Please check the part numbers, quantities and delivery address on that confirmation — it is the definitive record of what will be produced and shipped.

Where a customer requests production against a specific part number that we do not hold in stock, we will confirm the lead time in writing before accepting the order.

Payment

Standard terms for a first order are 30% deposit by bank transfer on order confirmation, with the balance payable against the bill of lading. Established accounts may be offered 30-day net terms following a credit review.

Bank charges incurred outside China are the responsibility of the customer. Title to goods passes on receipt of full payment.

Delivery

Lead times quoted are working days from receipt of deposit, not from the date of enquiry. Stocked items are typically dispatched within 3 working days; production items within 15 working days.

Risk passes in accordance with the Incoterm stated on the order confirmation. Where no Incoterm is stated, FOB applies.

Inspection and claims

Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any shortage, incorrect part number or visible transit damage within 14 days of receipt. Claims made after that period may not be accepted, because we cannot investigate a shipment that has been in the field for longer.

Each injector carries a part-number and batch reference on its packaging. Please retain the packaging until you have confirmed the order is correct — it is what allows us to trace a unit back to its production and test records.

Warranty

We warrant our injectors against manufacturing defect for 12 months from the date of shipment. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective unit.

The warranty does not cover damage arising from incorrect fitting, contaminated or incorrect fuel, corrosion from water ingress, use outside the engine specification the injector was designed for, or any modification of the unit. Injectors are precision components and are not serviceable by the end user.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorisation. Please contact us before shipping anything back, and quote the part number, batch reference and invoice number. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed and may be refused at the port.

Goods returned as incorrectly ordered are subject to a restocking charge and must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact.

Part numbers and trademarks

Part numbers belonging to original equipment manufacturers are published on this site solely for the purpose of identifying compatible replacement parts. Zeshan Technology is not affiliated with, authorised by, or an official distributor of those manufacturers, and their trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or vehicle downtime.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from a supply contract are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Changsha, Hunan Province, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
