Everything buyers ask us before a first order. If your question is not here, the sales desk answers directly — usually within one working day.

Product & fitment

How do I know which injector fits my engine?

Search our catalog using either the number stamped on your original injector or the OEM host number from the vehicle manufacturer. Both resolve against the same records, because each of our 410 part numbers carries its OEM cross-reference. If neither number returns a match, send us a photograph of the injector label and our engineering desk will identify it.

Are your injectors new or remanufactured?

Every injector we sell is new. We do not remanufacture, re-grade or resell used units. A remanufactured injector can be a perfectly good product, but it is a different product with a different service life, and you should always know which one you are being quoted.

Do you sell complete injectors or just nozzles?

We supply complete injector assemblies as standard. Nozzles, needles and control valves are available as separate components for workshops that rebuild their own units — ask for the component part numbers when you enquire.

What does the OEM cross-reference number mean?

It is the part number the vehicle manufacturer uses for the same injector. A single injector may carry several OEM numbers because the same part is fitted across multiple engine variants and model years. We publish the cross-reference so you can order against whichever number your parts catalogue lists.

Ordering & pricing

What is the minimum order quantity?

One piece. We supply single units for sample and evaluation so you can fit and bench-test before committing to a bulk order. Pricing is tiered at 10, 50 and 100+ pieces, and the sample premium is credited against a subsequent bulk order.

How do I get a price?

Send us the part numbers you need, the quantity and your destination country through the quote form, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply with the cross-reference confirmation, current availability and a price — usually within one working day.

Do you publish prices on the website?

No. Injector pricing depends on quantity, part number and destination, and quoted prices move with supplier costs. Publishing a list price that we then have to revise would be less useful than quoting accurately against your actual requirement.

Can I mix part numbers in one order?

Yes. Mixed orders are normal and there is no penalty for combining part numbers. Mixed orders also count toward volume pricing tiers in aggregate, which matters if you are restocking a workshop across several engine families.

Quality & testing

Is every injector tested before it ships?

Yes — every unit, not a sample. Each injector is flow-tested and back-leak verified on a computerised bench that captures the full injection characteristic. Units that fall outside flow tolerance are scrapped rather than re-graded.

Can I get the test record for my order?

Yes. Flow-test records are retained against the part number and production batch. Tell us at the point of order that you need them included and we will ship them with the documentation package.

What warranty do you offer?

Twelve months against manufacturing defect from the date of shipment. The warranty excludes damage from incorrect fitting, contaminated fuel, or use outside the engine specification the injector was designed for — which is why we confirm fitment before you order.

What happens if a unit fails in service?

Contact us with the part number, the batch information from the packaging and a description of the failure. We will investigate against the retained test record for that batch and replace any unit confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Shipping & payment

What payment terms do you offer?

First orders are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the bill of lading. Established accounts can be extended 30-day net terms following a credit review.

How long will my order take?

Stocked part numbers are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Non-stock numbers are produced and shipped within 15 working days. Air freight adds 5 to 8 days in transit to Europe or North America; sea freight adds 25 to 40 days depending on the port.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

EXW, FOB and CIF. FOB is our default for sea freight, CIF where you want us to arrange carriage and insurance, and EXW if you are using your own forwarder. We will quote against whichever term suits your process.

Do you handle customs documentation?

Yes. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin are prepared in-house. We can issue CO, Form A or Form E depending on the destination and the tariff preference you are claiming.

OEM & partnership

Can you manufacture under our own brand?

Yes. Private-label production is available from 100 pieces per part number, with your branding on the product label, the packaging and the test record. No Zeshan Technology branding appears on private-label goods.

Can you supply against our own part numbers?

Yes. We map your internal numbering onto our production part numbers so your customers order in your system and your catalogue stays internally consistent. This is standard practice for distributors running an own-brand range.

Do you offer exclusivity in a territory?

Territory arrangements are possible for customers committing to sustained volume. These are negotiated case by case — tell us the territory, the part-number range and your expected annual volume, and we will discuss what is viable.

Can we visit the factory or send an inspector?

Yes. We welcome customer visits and third-party inspection at our 12,000 m² facility in Changsha. Contact us to arrange a date; we will issue an invitation letter for visa purposes if you need one.
