12,000 m² · 500,000 injectors annual capacity
Capabilities.
Six operations, all performed in-house. Running the full sequence under one roof is what lets us test every unit rather than sampling from a batch.
- 01 BAHMÜLLER ULTRA
Precision grinding
Injector body and needle geometry ground to sub-micron tolerance. Seat concentricity is set at this stage, and it is what determines whether the spray pattern is symmetrical.
- 02 KADIA
Internal honing
High-pressure bores honed to a controlled surface finish. Bore finish governs internal leakage at rail pressure — the defect that surfaces as a rough idle or hard starting when hot.
- 03 In-house
Component cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning and cleanliness verification before assembly. Particulate contamination left inside an injector will destroy it in service, and no amount of downstream testing recovers that.
- 04 LOCCIONI
Cleanroom assembly
Matched components assembled and torqued to specification in a temperature-controlled cleanroom, so thermal expansion does not shift the clearances set upstream.
- 05 Computerised bench
Flow and back-leak test
The full injection characteristic is captured for every unit. Units outside tolerance are scrapped — see the quality page for why that policy matters more than the test itself.
- 06 Customer brand
Private-label finishing
Customer branding applied to the product label, packaging and test record. Available from 100 pieces per part number, with no manufacturer branding on the goods.
Questions
Capability questions
Can Zeshan Technology manufacture to our drawings?
For established part numbers we manufacture to the original specification. For custom or private-label work we can produce to customer drawings and specifications subject to a feasibility review, with a minimum of 100 pieces per part number.
What is the production capacity?
Our 12,000 m² facility has an annual capacity of 500,000 injectors. Capacity is shared across 410 active part numbers, so lead time for a specific number depends on whether it is held in stock or scheduled into a production run.
