Equipment

Why the machine list matters.

A common rail injector operates at rail pressures that can exceed 2,000 bar, with internal clearances measured in single microns. Those clearances are not achievable by careful hand work — they are a function of the machine's own accuracy, and they degrade as a machine wears.

This is why we specify German and Italian production equipment rather than rebuilding older domestic machines. It is also why our grinding and honing cells are named on this page: they are the specific, checkable reason our parts hold tolerance, and any customer is welcome to inspect them.

Validation is equally specific. Every injector is flow-tested and back-leak verified on a computerised bench that captures the full injection characteristic, not a simple pass/fail. That capture is what catches a unit whose dimensions are correct but whose spray behaviour is not — the failure mode dimensional inspection cannot see.
